Engineer-supplied trait: relation Rel on T is symmetric (∀x, y: Rel(x, y) ⇔ Rel(y, x)).

Default false; specialise to true to declare symmetry. Follows the same shape as :mereology's is_reflexive / is_transitive: a class template specialised by partial specialisation, with a member-detection bridge from T's nested is_symmetric_v static.
