Detailed Description

Heterogeneous shape: T and U can be compared via <=> in both directions, alongside the four partial-order operators (the latter return L::Ω).

The cross-type spaceship-comparison shape: composes HasPartialOrderOperatorsWith<T, U, L> with std::three_way_comparable_with<T, U>. Names the surface needed for cross-carrier comparisons — e.g. SignedCardinality <=> int (the load-bearing path for the halfspace machinery's (x > Pivot) substitution where x is a variant ℤ-proxy and Pivot is the int NTTP from -21).

Sibling of the homogeneous HasTotalOrderOperators above and HasPartialOrderOperatorsWith in :poset. L defaults to Boole. Per #415 / cross-issue note on PR #422.
