Detailed Description

Carrier requirements for the bit-ops fast-path kernel.

The kernel uses default construction ( T{} ), construction from the integer literal 1 ( T{1} ), ring operators, ordering, and the convention that −1 lies strictly below 0 — which excludes unsigned integral carriers where T{} − T{1} wraps to the maximum value and would pass the kernel's neg_one validation, then be misread as a positive coefficient by the zero < h.a branch. Naming each operation in the concept lets unsupported carriers fail at the API boundary rather than inside the function body.
