Detailed Description

Pack-level concept: every halfspace is axis-aligned.

Combined with HasUnitRangeEntries this is the dispatch gate for the bit-ops fast path in maximize : axis-aligned halfspaces with entries in {−1, 0, +1} reduce the LP to per-axis bound extraction, with vertex selection driven by the sign of the objective coefficients. No multiplication, no division — only comparisons and sign flips remain in the IR.
