Pack-level concept: every halfspace has entries in {−1, 0, +1}.
Necessary structural condition for the bit-ops fast path in maximize ; the name describes what the concept mechanically checks rather than the proper signed-unimodular property (which would require pairwise |det| ≤ 1). Used in combination with IsAxisAlignedPolytope as the fast-path dispatch gate: in the axis-aligned + unit-range scope each pair of halfspaces has determinant a_i·b_j − b_i·a_j with exactly one of the products nonzero (the other has a zero coefficient), so |det| ∈ {0, 1} exactly — the combined gate IS proper signed-unimodular for 2D axis-aligned halfspaces. The fast-path division therefore reduces to a sign flip and the carrier multiplications collapse to additions, subtractions, and sign flips at the IR level.
