Detailed Description

A matrix can be viewed as the horizontal concatenation of its column vectors.

Requires an indexed accessor m.column(i) returning the i-th column. The horizontal-concatenation view is established by: iterating the indices 0 .. column_count-1 recovers the full matrix when the entries are fixed by the columns.
