chain__Chain_View

The bounded chain [lo, hi] as a range for any carrier with the covering step — bool, \(K_3\), the integrals, ℕ's proxy: the unfold of lo by cover, ending after hi, or at a saturating top short of it. std::views::iota cannot do this (Ternary has no ++, Cardinality no difference_type), so sequences::to_iota_view is this view's integral face. Holds an unfold_view over the state \(1 + C\) (#981): no arithmetic of its own on the bounds, and no base class, since the posture has no subtyping.
